It's horrendous isn't it marmite? My old lady (10-12yo border collie) had 3 mammary tumours removed on Tuesday. It was a nerve wracking time waiting for the results of the X-ray to see if it had spread (they wouldn't have removed them if it had).
I can't bear to think about losing her, if I ignore it then it won't happen :(

    Evening Elite :j

Can anyone remember posts a few months ago for donated bra's, for refugees I think? As we get them donated to the rescue shop but never put them out for sale, so I could collect them up and send them to whoever/wherever. Thanks

Redrose, my little yorkie cross UK rescue had a mammary tumour when I first saw her, and it was removed before I adopted her. She was about 10 or 11 then, almost 12 or 13 now. No further tumours have appeared :j

    Evening all

I set a new record today... only been in from work for 20 minutes and already destroyed the kitchen by making a cake and the chocolate topping to go on top :o It's my own fault. My boss asked to me work a 13 hour shift, then asked me to start work at 8 tomorrow. It's her birthday tomorrow, so didn't feel like I could tell her to do one so I could make her cake tonight. Oh well c'est la vie :rotfl:

Damn! Just remembered that many of my vouchers expire on 30/4 and from previous months that means they will expire at midnight (or 1am lates)t ie in a few hours.

If you have receipts, upload now!

    Otherwise they expire

Fortunately caught up putting Little Anons to bed so haven't sampled any cans tonight yet and off to A.

If anyone is sitting on receipts for 12, 15 or 20 packs and no vouchers, I have some that will be being recycled shortly when I get back from A.

I had a lovely afternoon too. Great company. Sunflower, I hope you got home ok.

I just came on to tell you that you seem to have got an inadvertent freebie :D I remembered to check and I definitely only have one green bin sticker. Have you got 2 bins? If your garden is big enough, they will give you a second one.

We normally stay in a hotel down the road but it was same price to stay in Portaventura hotel with free entry than normal hotel + entrance tickets

Took me a while to find a decent price as well. We are flying out of Glasgow instead of Newcastle so we are saving £800.00 even booking a hotel the night before and driving up to Glasgow and parking the car. I can't wait this will be my 3rd visit but kids have never been ds is 12 and dd is 6 dh has never been either.

Unfortunately, no! I believe that Persil 45 wash washing powder does not compare against T since it says 3.2Kg on a.com which, of course, isn't the same as 3.185Kg on t.com:mad::mad:. The APG therefore thinks the product is 3.2Kg (which is just rounded up) but that it isn't the same weight as the one in T so it does not compare. There is no weight threshold for branded goods - they should be same weight and, even though the Persil in T and A is the same weight, the system has them as different and therefore returns N/A against T. I think last time I had this product on a womble, a few months ago, it only compared against M - I understand why that is as the system works differently against there - and was N/A against everywhere else, including T:(. That was good at the time, for me, as M was the place to compare against back then:). However, now it isn't, and, unless I'm seriously wrong, this is now N/A against T. It is the same position now on the Surf 45 washing powder I understand - which I lost out on a few months ago. Now only good if M is cheaper or in Avs T if A is £4.50 and T is high price (which isn't quite as good as M being cheaper as it tends to go down further than £4.50).

I'm currently suggesting Daz Regular washing powder 80 wash at £6 in M - quite a lot better than 10p per wash!

    Here's this week's 'silly' item Avs M:

    Cadbury Roses (321g)£4.00 £1.50

Except that... maybe it isn't. Perhaps this one stands a greater chance of comparing against £1.50 than other items comparing against other prices before. I've risked greater differences than this one before! Shame A don't do double the difference:rotfl:.

And I haven't put roll-arounds that I normally put after silly items (an item that has actually been found in M each week that is way cheaper in M but I have doubt over whether the price collectors will find it - or... maybe, it's actually just the difference that freaked me out a little!).
