The mbuy for the Fruit Bowls is missing in M (don't get too excited) in you know where but that did compare. However, I've seen more stores with it, although the occasional one like Wrexham being a no-show, so I think it could be picked up from elsewhere. This did compare against M correctly before and that's how I think it did.

I clearly picked up an incorrect price on the Birds Eye 2 Chicken Quarter Pounders from Wrexham. I had it as a query to carry over to my next store, as the price in Wrexham must have been showing as if the offer was off. Msm shows the offer as on until 1st May and I do have it confirmed as £1 in my other store. Hopefully this is just a blip in one store (Wrexham) and many more Ms will be found with the correct £1 offer price. I don't envisage a major problem on them. Nonetheless, it's always possible that Wrexham could be one store and three other stores could be found with Wrexham's SEL price on their SELs and then it would pick up that incorrect price and compare against it.

    Italia Lambrusco Rose (750ml)

    Store_8.15px.png
    £2.50 33.3p / 100ml

This had £2.47 on the shelf in Wrexham on Monday. Obviously I knew it was £2.50. I occasionally see stores with £2.49 and other, £2.47 and £2.49, £2.50 and £2.49, occasionally I actually get right prices of £2.50 and £2.50 too:rotfl:. But there we are - the frozen Pork Sausagemeat was incorrect (said £1.50, also didn't say RTC, but it's £1 RTC), the Kiltie Scampi Bites (said £3, they're £1), Birds Eye Chicken Quarter Pounders as mentioned, Iglotex Plum Dumplings £1.38 but they were really £1.24, of course the Party Hot Dogs:(:undecided, the Lotus Biscoff said £1 when it was still 80p, the Soreen Banana Lunchbox Loaves had a higher price but were really £1, the Savers Peas seem to be incorrect SEL, the Thorntons Milk Chocolate Classic Collection didn't have a SEL and of course it was £3, the Jonagold Apples were mispriced at £1.07/kg but they're now £1.24/kg according to other stores, the Frugo multibuy was missing, the Nairn's Oatcakes had full prices but I they really still are on offer, need I go on? - and the Carribean Mixed Mango was incorrect SEL too - it had full price in the main aisle, the others had been changed to offer price but of course Mixed Mango also scanned at offer price. I don't know whether the Savers Vacuum Cleaner really has shot up from £20 to £25 but I assume it has. The Pringles Tortilla Nacho Cheese, as mentioned before, said £2 but it was really £1. I think everything else that actually had a price on the shelf was probably correct:rotfl::rotfl:. Other than probably numerous missing mbuys here and there, including M's own chocolate digestives and frozen own brand pies:(. They have managed to get 4 for £3 showing on the frozen Steak Bakes and Cheese & Onion Bakes though.

If anyone wants to go and buy(:rotfl:) all this stuff from M Wrexham at the till and express surprise when it all scans lower than the shelf price or scans with an mbuy that isn't on it... and then get 'overcharged' on the Jonagold Apples, well more to you I say.:)

To be fair there, there's only one or two 'overcharges' - I think the "problem", maybe from an APG POV, is that stores prioritise the changing of prices that have gone up, as they have to be changed to help ensure consumer protection compliance that people aren't being misled by being charged more than what the shelf says. Sadly there isn't sometimes then time in the day to get to the prices that have gone down, to put the offers on, so that higher than real prices remain on the shelf. However, it inadvertently sees people buying things that are more expensive because they don't realise that other things are cheaper than what they say they are. I thought there ought not to be cases where no price at all is showing on grocery items in a store under price marking regulations? If so, that is an issue that arguably needs to be addressed too.

At one stage, I thought that the Shoot Footballs didn't have a price on them - but then I saw that they were marked 99p:cool::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.

At least 15 items there though - plus several mbuys. I wonder what would happen if I contacted M HQ and told them about them all?:rotfl:

I just see from my other store that Smarties Hexatube apparently had a full price showing at Wrexham, because it turned out to be £1 at the other store.

Dettol Anti-Bacterial Bathroom Foam (600ml) was also showing full price at Wrexham.

I picked up the Quality Street Matchmakers Honeycomb in another store that went to 50p and have been staying around in M for much longer and now turned up in one store months later, still at 50p.

Last time, I would have compared in error on them to 50p on TBG, if one of their stores was the store I've used (less than 1 in 500 chance of hitting that store) because I had a 50p SEL that was not marked RTC although I had no stock. I think under TBG I would still have kept comparing this time - although I was unable to obtain a price from any SEL. I now had no SEL but had stock:rotfl:. Just...can't seem to get both at the same time:D:rotfl::rotfl:.

Obviously as these are now showing £2 each and OOS online, they are now £1 each in M:

And these, as they show £1.93 online, they are £1 in M too:

And of course, this, as it doesn't show online at all for M - except on my list soon! - and is £2.60 in Sains., it's £1 RTC in M too:

I'm going to change my sig.: Savvybuyer - correcting incomplete/inaccurate information:D:p:rotfl:.

    Savvybuyer correction service...

Unless I've been misled by inaccurate labels that are marked "£1 Reduced to clear". If anyone has a success, let me know and if it's wrong let me know too and then I'll correct myself:rotfl::rotfl:.
