I think there's two trains of things going on this thread - one with someone posting maps and the other with me posting about M (and particularly Wrexham:rotfl:). Shall we join the two trains together?

I have to wait 8 hours for the bonus to refresh, don't have time to do it once a day at the moment let alone twice :T

Is that the APG heart with a potential 50p Red Salmon pulsing if only a specific M could display its price?

Just so infuriating, if so, that on Monday that I saw two bare shelf rims (one on that and one on Pink Salmon below) and no price on either (both would have been really nice from the POV of potentially picking up prices).

I did help someone though - who was about to pick up the £2.18 M own brand Red Salmon and I pointed to the Princes one and told them it was 50p. I just couldn't see them making such an expensive mistake like that. They initially thought I meant 50p lower but no, I said, just 50p. They took one tin of it - perhaps fortunately not more - I told them it was certainly 50p in another store - they said they'd check to see if it was when they got to the till, thanked me for that as it was very good, and I bet it scanned at 50p.

There's a slim - extremely slim - chance that the APG could get 50p and 40p if the price collectors go to the trouble of checking unmarked items to obtain what their prices are as they clearly are available in M at those prices and A should be 10% cheaper than M. However, I suspect they wouldn't be able to go to that. Normally, they'd hope the product was picked up by collectors in another store. However, on these occasions, no other store in a sample is likely to have a 40p/50p price showing (to be picked up). I hit on two stores for the Red Salmon (including Wrexham) - neither of which had prices showing and one of those (not Wrexham) had an incorrect £1.50 showing on the Pink Salmon.

With me, you may have got 40p just because I happened to have it on my earlier day's price check and because I now found another of my stores showing 40p although now totally OOS on the shelf. However, the APG had got £1.50 last time so I think, based on their set of stores being the same ones as they were last time, although we may have knocked one £1.50 out, we'll probably now have £1.50 again (and no 40p stores in their sample anymore - I think there would have been at least one last time but it was outweighed by them finding more £1.50s than 40ps - annoying thing is that stores have missed more than one price change to have still had it at that). I think another "£1.50" store, that they highly likely found, may still be showing £1.50 and now nothing else elsewhere. Or else if they have a 40p (probably OOS) still around that can now trump a single £1.50 left around (with one of them taken out), the price appears to have dropped so much that they may be delaying while they check and still in the meantime get £1.50 again. Next time, it will then almost certainly be N/A (or £1.50 as the other £1.50 store still remains). Maybe I am creating an issue that doesn't exist - as we have seen only two items with the M results and the APG may have all the 10p M items at 10p. However, I don't think so at all - I think it probably operates the way I think it does and I suspect, with me working that same way (using other stores) my erratic results will be reflected in different results of the same nature on the APG (and perhaps one or two may get picked up in error on TBG - TBG should not compare against RTC - at correct or incorrect M prices). In that respect, the £1.50 for the Pink Salmon before on the APG shouldn't have been a surprise - and whilst people were seeing 50p SELs in their M (on the Red), that I wasn't seeing anywhere, and they imagined it may work just on seeing their own one store, I was saying no and, indeed, the Red Salmon was N/A:(. (I think it will still be N/A again - it's most unlikely to be found at 50p somewhere else, particularly as that was not found in their stores last time and, even if they use Wrexham, they can't currently get anything from there.)

If TBG had 40p on the Pink Salmon - it was not marked RTC - I think they are most unlikely to find Red let alone with a 50p SEL to take - it may have 40p again, though I now think it's extremely unlikely from just three stores. I think it may not have had 40p on Thursday and, even if it did, it's now most probably N/A.

The frozen Pork Sausagemeat is still showing £1.50 in Wrexham on the shelf despite being constant £1 for absolute months. However, on this occasion, it doesn't matter as there is no comparable equivalent from A.
