It's looking very good on the Tuna with Mayonnaise and Sweetcorn from Wrexham, assuming that that was showing the same before (or maybe after?) I saw it yesterday now (we've moved a day;)). It has 25p and stock. So, if Wrexham is one of the all-important stores, it would be very good - unless it was outweighed by probably a couple of £1 SELs elsewhere:(.

Unfortunately, from my own stores on Monday - although Wrexham was the only one to have 25p for me - I picked up £1 SELs in two other stores, so I'm off to that incorrect £1 price:(. The APG might not have this however - and if, big if, it uses Wrexham it will have a 25p from there and it depends what the presumed five other results are. One £1 should see it picking lowest price 25p but any more £1s (or any more of a specific higher price) would see it picking the higher price.

My own £1 is pure chance. If I had gone to different store than my actual sixth store yesterday, then I would probably have had no trace in that final store, instead of the £1 I got, and thus taken 25p lowest price on a tie. Indeed, it was only because I didn't have much time to make it until closing time, that I changed my planned final store at the last moment and went to the other one instead. I have been to all the stores before recently and I suspect the other one, that I was going to use, would have had no trace. Instead, I ended up with the one that had the product at unchanged £1 SEL last time and it had it again. I had 25p from Wrexham, £1 from my actual final store and also a £1 earlier in the day. I did not pick these stores because of these items - they were just the ones most convenient to visit on a round trip to Wrexham.

So, I'm thinking the Tuna Sweetcorn stands a chance but it may be outweighed by a greater number of a specific higher price - most likely to be £1 - found in other stores.

I'm £1 on the Party Hot Dogs thanks to Wrexham and two other stores all with £1 and stock. I'm at £1 on the Premium version thanks to the first of these other stores and another different store but not Wrexham. I am going to be N/A on the American Hot Dogs, as I cannot find them anywhere yesterday - although someone will have them in M and be able to buy them for 25p - probably the other store I saw last week (but did not visit yesterday) that had the shelf showing £1. The American version were always, for me, in fewer stores - I picked them up originally from that further store as an extra item, having only had the other two before. Some stores seem to have had - one of my £1 stores now no longer has the Party Hot Dogs at all but does have the Premium ones - it obviously did have both before - the other £1 store still has these versions, both showing £1 - I never had all three in there - instead it was a store I haven't visited on Monday that started off with all three for me. So I thought more stores had Party and Premium but some, but fewer, had all three. The American therefore seem (but this is just from my stores) to be rarer and less likely to be picked up. (However, where the others are picked up, I'm picking them up at £1.) The really 25p hot dogs in general are slowly going - one of my stores now has much less stock of its remaining Premium version, I think probably due to them being in a container there with a big "£1 Reduced to clear" 'offer' label rather than merely a £1 price on the shelf. I also saw another store with the Party Hot Dogs in (and bought a can at 25p) - sadly no SEL for them.

I think this means it's likely they'll either be £1 or N/A - I've seen fewer 25p SELs last week - only one and it doesn't have stock - it's probably been removed from the shelving by now. I think people who have them, with £1 SELs or offer labels in their M, are the people who can buy them now.

I did have 25p SELs, for all three, the week before last and I think they would quite likely have worked and picked up 25p at that time. But now, I reckon it'll have already gone to £1 or N/A and will stay at those or change from one of those to the another depending on how the SELs are - whether the incorrect £1 labels have been put on or whether they have been removed (leaving no SEL and an N/A) or have even been changed to 25p but all the stock has gone and then the SEL removed at the weekend before the price collectors got there on Monday and found nothing at all in that M.

Actually, I notice that the £1 on the Party Hot Dogs at Wrexham is at the RTC shelf. I am not sure price collectors would pick them up from there but may just visit the general aisles - the fact they seem to get full price when SELs are at full price in general aisles and offers sometimes only showing on the aisle ends suggests they only check the stock in the main runs of aisles and not the aisle ends. I got Penguins comparing to full price a while back:( when one of my stores had changed to full price in the main aisle but had 67p offer on the aisle end. This was despite two other stores for me showing the 67p offer elsewhere. They obviously must have got more full price SELs than they did 67p (if they still had that) and probably from the main aisles. If they don't check RTC shelves, then they may have N/A - but will probably pick up £1 somewhere else. We just don't know if they have a store with 25p.

I suspect that my results will show even more erratic change, because I'm using a different set of stores each time, whereas the APG would go back to its same ones each time. I think if something has failed, then it will likely stay at that and, if something has gone N/A, it will now stay at N/A.

I have found the Princes Red Salmon:D:j. Different store than before and I've got lots of stock... but :(sadly it is without a SEL. Wrexham has quite a lot of Princes Red Salmon, and indeed Princes Pink Salmon, but both are without SELs on Monday when I saw them. If someone is there on Wednesday and can check if they have 50p/40p on the shelf then, as they could possibly start comparing (Thursday at the earliest through the weekend). It's a long-shot though - and assumes Wrexham is one of theirs. (:think:Maybe it's not a long shot - if I think something stands little chance, it will come to past and if I think something has a very good chance, it will turn out not to work:(.)

I am now N/A on the Princes Red Salmon. I found them in two stores but both of them without a SEL. I had no trace at all everywhere else. There is a lot at Wrexham without a SEL. In the other store, I spotted a couple of tins in the back of the shelf behind stock of a Morrisons own brand version. Of course, one of them scanned at 50p so I can confirm it was still available in stock in M at 50p on Monday - however going from SELs, I don't get a 50p anywhere (or any other price). (It may seem like I've gone from 50p to N/A however I didn't visit the same stores again, but this is just another illustration of how a set of six is likely to be N/A. As the APG is currently N/A, this suggests it has gone from all the price collection stores - however, annoyingly, from this POV, there is stock at Wrexham but it is without a SEL. Obviously good for people here from Wrexham to be able to locate stock:rotfl:.)

Although I found N/A on the Pink Salmon from Wrexham, I would be generous this time and still keep comparing against 40p. Last time I had 40p in five stores and no trace in one. Now, I am comparing against 40p solely on the basis of a tied result - I had one store at 40p today that had no stock and showed temporarily OOS label. I had N/A from four other stores, including Wrexham. Wrexham being the one with the stock and no SEL - complete no trace from the other three. Elsewhere, I had one store that has £1.50:eek: and still has significant stock. So, on my pretend version, £1.50, 40p and four N/As and I took lowest price.

I think the APG is most likely to be N/A - or to have £1.50 again. I think next time, if I was to visit the same stores again, with the 40p OOS stock likely to remove its SEL, that would leave just the store at £1.50 and I would go to £1.50. I'd have £1.50 in that store and N/A everywhere else. For the APG, it's got £1.50 already, which suggests in a number of stores. I think 40p ones are likely to take away the SELs as the stock has mostly gone - maybe there is some still around, maybe I'm being pessimistic? - and, unless £1.50 stores change to 40p, they will have £1.50 again. I think they probably got at least one store with 40p last time - I couldn't envisage how they could not since I had 40ps all over the place - but we were unlucky that they hit more stores that had £1.50. Those stores may remain in stock and with £1.50. They may have had two stores with 40p but three with £1.50. Or one store at 40p and more with £1.50, possibly even just two such stores and with three stores no trace. I think the 40p stores are likely to diminish - unless some of the £1.50s become 40ps. But then, if they had two 40ps and three £1.50s, if the previous 40p becomes no trace (removes its SEL having gone OOS), and if one of the £1.50s changes to 40p that still leaves two £1.50s now outweighing the one 40p. Wrexham, we are told, has gone from £1.50 to N/A.

It may have helped if it's knocked a £1.50 out, but they still need to get a 40p. They may have a store around, like mine, that had 40p last time but now has 40p OOS (still good enough for 7 days) - it depends how many £1.50s they had left. So, actually, there is a chance it could be 40p. But I reckon it's more going to be £1.50. Or N/A.

This time, I came back with 25p on the Mackerel in Tomato Sauce because of a 25p SEL in one store. The one store is Wrexham:D:D:T. (Maybe:rotfl:. No, the store is Wrexham, but whether it means anything...)

If Wrexham makes any odds, I think it depends whether they get more of a specific higher price (probably £1.37) on SELs elsewhere. Many stores I think will have no SELs at all - no trace, they haven't even got stock. They could hit on a couple of £1.37s and get that price. To be fair however, I haven't seen £1.37 in many stores - from my four times greater samples from before, I've only had £1.37 twice - on one version of the Fillets or another.

I could find no other versions of Mackerel Fillets at Wrexham at all. Just Mackerel in Tomato Sauce.

Fwiw, I also had Mackerel in Sunflower Oil in stock in a store without a SEL. Other than that - which results in an N/A - everything else was complete no trace.

I did have 50p on both the Tuna Chunks earlier, thanks to York (which also did have an issue for me over the Hartley's jelly SELs). Today, I get N/A on both. The 50p last time overruled a store that had £1.50 on the Sunflower Oil version. I just got 50p outright on the Spring Water version. 50p SEL and in stock in York and no SELs, no stock, complete nothing, in all my other five stores that time. This is artificial, since not only is it not the APG stores but I've switched my stores around and if I'd gone to York again, maybe the SEL is still there. However, I'm just doing different 'random' selections of six. Six stores as good as any other six.

Earlier last week, when the price was £1.00, I was getting £1.00 although I had the store with £1.50 on both versions. I went no trace on the Spring Water and was left with £1.50 on the Sunflower Oil only. Meanwhile, my other £1.00 stores both went no trace and this left me going from £1.00 (two £1.00 stores and one £1.50) to £1.50 on Sunflower Oil and N/A on Spring Water. Only had that one store with Sunflower Oil - no trace of anything else. I only went to 50p on both when I hit on a sample that happened to include York. Now, my store that had the £1.50 on the Sunflower Oil, which I happened to use again, has lost its SEL entirely on that. So, I'm N/A on both - no trace whatsoever of Spring Water on Monday - no SELs, no stock anywhere - although I am sure that some M does have it so I'll leave it on my list - and I'm N/A on Sunflower Oil as I have just a trace in one store of the six and nothing at all anywhere else - my one store has stock but there is no SEL.

If the APG - we don't know what it currently has anyway - had hit York, maybe it would have that again - as long as York hasn't gone OOS over the weekend and completely removed its 50p SELs. If it's York - and actually it doubt it is - but you never know - then if it has gone OOS, it may have removed one SEL but left another in place - and it just depends on which version it's left the SEL up for:rotfl:.

They may have a £1.00 or £1.50 old SEL from somewhere else but, if they have a 50p, as long as they don't have more of another specific price, they should get 50p. If they have one 50p, one £1, one £1.50 and three N/As, assuming they check six, then they should still be 50p. However, I reckon - although they could have 50p - they've probably got nothing everywhere and be N/A. My samples don't seem to show much trace of the products now. Fwiw, there's nothing of either in Wrexham.

I think these items, even assuming they ever worked before, will be unlikely or becoming unlikely now. I don't seem to have much trace of them in M at all anymore. I am sure they still have all three somewhere and at 50p each. Whilst stores seemed to start off stocking all of them and there would be quite a few hits in a sample of stores, now the odd random one will be left in some stores (or occasionally more than one - there are other Disney products in M that A doesn't stock online). Annoyingly the Flip Top Straw Sipper is at Wrexham but it has no SEL. If they're in Wrexham (once again, if) then this reduces its chances and they'd have to pick it up from elsewhere. I think now, in a sample of six, it is getting more likely that it won't be elsewhere. About a week or two, it might have hit about another store or two in a sample of six - I would see it around occasionally a bit more. Now, it is more likely that it won't be found elsewhere.

In fact, I didn't find it elsewhere this time although I used only three stores for a proper collection (supposedly proper:rotfl:) and not six. If I had used another three, I may have it or I may have not. I'll probably use three (different) stores on Wednesday and I'll see if I have it in those. I'll probably find instead one of the other Disney products, in a single store only, that A doesn't have. So, it would be N/A and, from Wrexham, I'd be unable to pick it up.

There was also, next to it, in a "reduced" section with no labelling what turned out to be the Nuby Flexi Straw Cup at £1.50.

There was, in the normal baby aisle, a £1.50 label for this product covered by an OOS label. If that's been there for the price collectors for more than a week, this would be N/A from this store. There was no stock of the product in that part of the store. I moved some stock from the reduced section, having discovered that it was this product that scanned at £1.50, and put it visible above the £1.50 label in the baby aisle, that relates to this product, and also removed the OOS label so that the product may make itself visible with clear stock back for any price collector that might happen to be there.

I have seen Nuby Flexi Straw Cup SELs around elsewhere - but, for me, half of the time with an OOS label. It is possible it would get picked up elsewhere as not every store will be OOS - and there is clear stock in Wrexham and its now above the price label (as well as some still back in a reduced section) which is now fully showing stock.

The Palmolive Lemongrass, Jasmine and Mulberry have now gone back up in price in M to £2. I can only find the Lemongrass version online now for A. (I can also only see this one for M, although they still have all three.)

Unless half of the APG's stores have left old £1 prices up, and none of my Ms on Monday had, then it won't stand a chance of comparing to £1. Anyway, A is now £1 so no good:rotfl:.

The Glorious Soups have also gone up in M, as have the Princes tinned pies, and, I think(), the Milka Chocolate bars.

The offer on one set of Pringles has now changed from £1 to 2 for £3 (and in fact I saw someone in M now taking two from the shelf:eek:) and the Pringles Tortillas have gone to £1. However, the Nacho Cheese version had an incorrect £2 SEL at Wrexham and I think the Original Tortillas, that were on RTC, are now unlikely, it seems to me, since they are now only in one store out of numerous for me (and weren't in any of my check stores on Monday).

The Fox's Galactic Snacks 6 pack, that showed then incorrect full price last week in far too many Ms for me, even though they were offer price have now gone up to full price anyway, so are going off.

This is interesting, as M do have the Less Salt version at Wrexham (so maybe suggests the collectors aren't in Wrexham) but it is the only version on the shelf that is showing straight full price 95p SEL. Every one of the other versions has "95p Any 4 for £2 mix and match" yellow label for it, but Less Salt has a "95p" white label. I can't imagine that it is the only one that is not in M's offer. However, I thought the other day that there was some issue regarding the wording - "Balance 25%".

The Tropicana Trop50 chilled drinks (1L) have full price £2.48 on the SEL at Wrexham - for the three versions that are there - even though they are on £1 offer into May. However, useless £1 in A anyway at the moment:rotfl:. Btw, although I have the Pomegranate & Blueberry version on my list, I don't see much evidence of it in M - it may be that this one is rarer and stands less chance of being picked up. Which may be a good thing if any of the others are going to compare to £2.48:eek::rotfl::rotfl:! They should get £1 from elsewhere though, but, whether they will pick up Pomegranate & Blueberry...

(I've had OOS label, but I don't pay any attention in that regard as I always find they are in stock in some other store, even if I've not seen this one in the last few weeks yet.)

Meanwhile if TBG uses Wrexham M (which they won't!), the Jucee 3L squashes elsewhere could be a good one for a nice failure (I always love those on TBG:D) as they are showing full price on both versions in Wrexham. Even using a second store, I still got £2.74 unchanged SEL on the Orange version (the one that T has) although it is clearly not £2.74 but is £1.47 because the Summer Fruits version was showing that in the other M. There's no real issue if I use a third store - as I've seen other Ms displaying the price correctly on both - but, hit at random, I could have £2.74 times two (on Orange squash) and £1.47 once and that's £2.74.
