This is RTC in M, so TBG should not compare:(.

I obviously have an RTC label in the M from which I've picked this up. However, whether TBG has that in its store, or stores if it has the product in more than one...

Might not even find the product in any of their three stores at all:rotfl::rotfl:.

Alright, my list is now absolutely complete:D:D:laugh:.

It's even gone into 7 posts now:eek: so the quote back to the part that previously had the Mackerel Fillets now will go to a different section as I've had to move things around to stop the exceeding char. limit message coming up.

I am somehow to track whether M has any Mackerel Fillets anymore and if so which ones:rotfl:. It looks like there may have been quite a few changes for later on today - I've already seen prices that have changed online - so, wish me luck!:)

    See you later - bye!

As per the alcopop glitch the other day, morrisons updates during the day so results could vary.

Depends on the type of glitch it is. There are three that I know of:

    Start of deal
    End of deal
    Missing multi

Missing multi applies to them all but the 3rd can happen because they just didn't update .com

it's all about watching the site and comparing with msm and a bit of guessing.
Glitches are easier to find now they stopped using msm I think.

If it glitches after around 10am, it is good for the day.
if it's vs m or w, on a tuesday or friday it wont work after 12. otherwise it's good until the next day. end of deal glitches are of course only good until midnight.

True. But I don't think there was much difference between Monday and Wednesday in M on the alcopops. There was no change in price: the products were in more than one out of a sample of my three/four stores (I didn't need six) and I changed some of my stores within those (which was already predetermined and I wasn't thinking about whether I would pick up alcopops or not). I was fairly happy with the SELs: whilst it's my stores and not the APG's set, I didn't see that there was much happening on them that would change any results between the two collections. I think me and the APG are largely in agreement. It's mainly just the other RTC items (10p biscuits, Princes products and Hot Dogs) - though I don't think we've seen actual APG comps. - on which, with various stores being OOS and with or without SELs, and with SELs that are incorrect, the results are erratic.

The problem is that many, if not all, of them will have gone from the collection stores (as from any set of six stores picked at random). By that I mean complete no trace. Or other items may be there without SELs, so they can't obtain a price, or stores will have stock with incorrect (higher than real price) SELs.

I don't think we've seen many of the APG's actual results on the range of items in question. But mine, from similar, and different, sets of store numbers showed largely N/A (on many products that M really does (did?) have) and a few results all over the place - I suspect the APG will be in a similar state, with different results, and the few results we have seen have shown incorrect results: £1.50 on the Pink Salmon (which I thought would work) and N/A on the Red Salmon (which to be honest I expected).

There are some items that I think are problematic and very likely to return N/A because they are in so few M stores for me. The Aunt Bessie's Roast Potatoes (which I've only just found again) and the ice lollies seem not to be in very many stores. I doubt a smaller sample of collection stores would pick them up, and even more so with TBG (which is three stores, although there is the unlikely chance that they could pick one that has one of the 'rare' items in it). In any event, these items are all RTC (I think:rotfl:. They certainly were marked with that at the outset in my earlier stores, from which they have vanished and been absent now for several months, unless M has decided to change the status of its product's prices without telling me) - RTC items should not compare on TBG but the thing is, if they are in one of these seemingly 'rare' stores in which one of the products exists, there usually isn't any indication on the shelving that they are RTC so collectors in that store would surely not know(?).

I've seen the items, which were in several of my stores before, slowly diminish and become harder to find. At this stage I think it's likely they've gone from the collection stores or else a random one or two might still be there.

The alcopops are not an issue. They are in many Ms I reckon at the moment and there doesn't seem to have been a rush on them in M to clear the shelves (I haven't seen near-empty shelves or other diminished stock). Whilst it may be that some Ms do not have any evidence of one or other of the products and that may be because the item has come in on RTC, sold out and the SEL removed and stock of other products then moved around so I could never know it was ever there (me not having been in that store before), the items are still in enough Ms for me as to make me think they are currently fairly widespread in M and I've seen no issues over their SELs. They are marked RTC on the labels but there's still sufficient stock and they are likely to be in one or more of the collection stores. I'd say I have them in about 3 or 4 of six stores on one day at the moment - or even maybe in five. I just get the impression that they are in enough stores and they are going to be picked up at correct prices in at least one and not with incorrect prices in more.

So, whilst the APG could always change in a way I don't expect, I wouldn't have thought they'd be any issue on these alcopops products comparing correctly from one collection to the next - and the results of shops done before and after when any update might have been done seem to bear that out.

I thought the individual Muller Corners wouldn't work because they are such work to pick up an 8 for... mix and match between numerous different flavours. I had an issue with the Hartley's jellies over a change of offers and confusing SELs in relation to them at the outset, which it seems the APG has now had. That's not in all Ms now - some stores are quite clear - but there are stores in which I find the offer presentation confusing (even though I now know what really is in the offer - I think:rotfl:). I think it's given the APG 5 for £2 on ones that are in the 4 for £1 offer so that it has missed the mbuy when four appear on the comps. I reckon the real 5 for £2 ones are also 5 for £2 in the system. I thought there may be an issue - even though I was using fewer stores - months ago over a Pringles comparison when - although offer labels were around stores and they'd been brought out to the fronts of stores and big £1 labels showing on such stock, the SELs in the aisles said straight £2 - even when they later went to 2 for £3 (which wasn't showing in many stores for me) - and the APG, and I think TBG, compared to £2. There's no issue now, on the current (I think now expired in M today) Pringles offer, and the APG on last Wednesday is currently comparing at least one of them correctly to £1. I didn't expect the Herbal Essences Clearly Naked products to fail between one collection and the next, but I thought it was a risk - I'd seen full price SELs in one store, though had two others with the right price, and sadly the APG got the full price.

I've had an issue last Wednesday over full price SELs on some of the Glorious Soups. I've got a store where only some of the range is showing £1; others have incorrect £2 showing. However, there are enough stores for me with correct £1 across the range as for me to think this isn't going to cause a problem.

I do think there is a real risk of TBG picking up full price (last week's data) on the Natural Confectionery Jelly Snakes, assuming they are really 73p in M:rotfl:. You know, I'm not sure, even after scanning them at SS in a store and they were 73p that they did not go up in price between Wednesday (when I checked) and Thursday. There seems to be further stores with full price later in the week. I think the offer is definitely over anyway now - it was supposed to be until 17th April even according to online. However, maybe this is just an issue I'm having because of the stores I've checked.

I had that issue on the Harpic Power Plus tablets as well (maybe just the stores I checked gave that combination of 2 on full price and 2 on offer) - and, at one stage, briefly crossed them off my list whilst I established what their actual price in M was - although it does now seem to have settled down to £2.24 in stores as of last week. (:rotfl:I'm just having a look online and... no offer expiry date to give me any clue... so it's anyone's guess as to when it might end:rotfl: - it looks like that price may have become M's regular price rather than being an offer until... anymore. Expiry dates have gone from some SELs in some stores and I reckon the full price in some was in the period between changing from one to the other. I'm still never sure whether the price was back at £2.50 for one day. Well, I'll just have to go to the stores I go to and see if there's £2.24 or whatever I see and work off that... anyway, I'm going to bed, goodnight!)

    Throw this in the pot

    10 Reasons to Leave

    1. Freedom to make stronger trade deals with other nations.

    2. Freedom to spend UK resources presently through EU membership in the UK to the advantage of our citizens.

    3. Freedom to control our national borders.

    4. Freedom to restore Britain’s special legal system.

    5. Freedom to deregulate the EU’s costly mass of laws.

    6. Freedom to make major savings for British consumers.

    7. Freedom to improve the British economy and generate more jobs.

    8. Freedom to regenerate Britain’s fisheries.

    9. Freedom to save the NHS from EU threats to undermine it by harmonising healthcare across the EU, and to reduce welfare payments to non-UK EU citizens.

    10. Freedom to restore British customs and traditions.

What a great post :) totally right.

Just need to cut the aid budget from 12 billion to 0 billion and that will sort it, help the people that live in the uk before helping others.. I can't see why we should have poverty if we are sending money for space projects for India etc etc. Yes I know it's not the same money but it's taking from paul to pay Peter.
