John West Pink Salmon? I understood it was Princes Tuna 3 pack at 50p and individual cans of Princes Pink Salmon at 40p in M. There have been some offers on some JW products although they have not been as good (so I haven't been paying as much attention to JW).

    Is this really a 3 pack i.e. 3x125g, at £1? TIA.

If it is - yet another item that isn't in any of the Morries I've visited:rotfl:. (Maybe this RTC has just started and I will find it tomorrow. Or perhaps it was in stores I've visited but none of them had changed the SELs to show the £1 price by the time I visited or had done so but then changed it back.)

I think all the cake decorations are really 31p (so the 33p SELs are wrong) unless you have some other ones that I don't have:rotfl::rotfl:.

You may have - it seems (though I may have the wrong impression from my sample of stores) it's going to be rare in M generally though - the 40-ish candles at 33p. I believe they are still 33p, although this is an RTC months, and possibly even a year, after it started. I've only ever seen one store - around three months ago - that still had them that late (and I was surprised to find them still available in some M) - I've kept them on the list continuously since even though it's possible they've gone. I have not found them ever again since, despite at least 50 stores on from that. I've also lost the Dr. Oetker Violet Crystal Sprinkles now and haven't seen those for some time now. Has anyone still got the (lower weight) Eton Mess version that's also (I believe) 53p?

It's possible we could find a lower price on the JW Pink Salmon if it remains in some other store for a week or two more, or it may now help us to find it in some store that has never changed the SEL and continues to have stock for much longer:T. Be assured - it's now been added to Savvy's watch list and I shall be tracking it whenever I find it:D. (If indeed it turns out to be as good as it looks.)

Very useful post for alerting us all to that one:T:T.
Hi savvy, yes definitely John West Pink salmon, 3 X 125g pack, purchased 2 at £1 per pack

Any tips for sturdy but cheapish garden furniture, I did tell OH we should have bought at the end of last summer in the sale. We have a metal and glass table and chairs in the garage but am hoping to sell those and buy wooden that can stay out all year with perhaps just cushions going in and out.

Had a look in Robert Dyas and they have a nice redwood set for £250, I gave the table a good push and it seems sturdy enough

We have found a rather nice set that is only available locally, currently hoping it might go down further as it has already been reduced twice :) It is ideal for us because it folds down so small and we just have to get a cover to fit the folded down version.

Of course that is assuming the one I have my eye on in Costco does not go to the required half price before we need it :D

I think postcode numbers will do :j

Lol thats the problem with abbreviations. Unfortunately the SS tills in my asda void coupons so I have to use manned tills, and most of the staff are horrible to deal with.

Believe me, that's not exclusive to your store!

Did you see my post about getting them to go through if you get errors like that?

Scan coupon, scan receipt/type number in. Click pay by card, wait, do not insert card and then click cancel payment if it doesn't go back to the main screen. Now select your payment method and they will work.
Unless you have a different issue?

My issue is with the coupons for items, e.g. the pizza vouchers, I scan them they register and say put them to the side, then when i click payment and insert money it just cancels the coupons and takes the money. So I have to go to Customer Service and get my money back. Have tried to get them to take the coupons but they insist that they won't take them if the item is on offer.
Now I just do comparison shops in Tesco. Thankfully they don't care that much and their tills take quite a few without authorisation.

Helans post indicated that they were 2 for £6 (I am not sure what size).

In my shop, they only had 100g, and these were £3 each.

    I bought 2.. just in case! x

OH thinks he is being spoilt (last week he got Aldi's own brand!)
