I just meant that I feel it is becoming a little more friendly in the last couple of years.

Pah! Just missed out on a patio heater on gumtree that was vastly underpriced. Never mind.“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

Afternoon all, just popped in for a brew and a catch up so Sophie has taken up residence on my lap- Earlier I found her peeping out of the duvet, she had made herself a cave and buried herself in a nest she had made
I expect everyone is out in the garden as well
OH is driving me bats but at least he is making dinner later so I am biting my tongue and letting him get on with it.
My Sunday - fed cats, vaccummed down stairs, showered, tidied bedroom, 2 loads of washing sorted and hung out on the line, washed up, dug up weeds, moved and replanted spring bulbs, planted up some perennials, done some seed trays, dug into the compost heaps, watered and filled them up, emptied the house waste buckets, listed up some things for Freecycle and ebay, spotted some fly tipping on our road so posted pics on the local council and local newspapers twitter feeds and facebook pages, wrote tommorows To Do list - going to get another hour or so outside now ...
OH Sunday - made tea, brought down some shirts from the bedroom floor, mowed one lawn, sat in a deck chair, lay down on the sofa listening to audio books, went to the bathroom. Later he will moan about how boring Sundays are.

Savvy no pink or red princes salmon left in Wrexham and no sign of any sel's either. Still cans of YOO party hot dogs in the reduced to clear section with £1 sel though.
Good maybe and bad.
If they got £1.50 from Wrexham and somewhere else, overruling their 40p from another store (with other stores for them being N/A) then at least that's taken one £1.50 away from them, so if they've still the other store's £1.50 left, another 40p somewhere should now - lowest price tie - give them 40p.
However, I suspect the other 40p store (if they had one) would now be OOS. They may have removed SELs meaning the collectors won't get it. We can hope the SEL is still there, even if marked temporarily OOS and the collectors in that store might get it, because the product hasn't been OOS for them for 7 days yet (they picked it up last Wednesday but their price was overruled by more APG stores at incorrect £1.50). However, if the 40p SEL store assuming they had one - or maybe two - I can't see why they would have none at all out of six as I was seeing 40p constantly, although it is possible that they could have picked by chance all the stores that had nothing - if the 40p SEL store removes the 40p due to the OOS and then the other £1.50 store (except Wrexham even assuming that Wrexham is a collection store - and Princes Red Salmon was available on Wednesday in Wrexham with wrong SEL?) - the other £1.50 store could be the only one left for them and they get this higher than real price again.
I suspect these items are tending to go up in M price on the APG (and indeed on TBG - which should not compare anyway as they are RTC but the Princes may not be marked as such - I feel TBG, if it has a low price now which it shouldn't, is likely to go N/A even sooner, or else to a higher price, because it uses fewer stores). The SELs are removed in places that had the correct prices showing since customers there are seeing the prices and they go OOS. The items remain around, with higher priced SELs, in places that haven't changed the SELs and the price collectors if in such a store pick them up.
I've had a similar situation for me, although I know what the true prices are. I picked up an incorrect high price on one of the Princes Tuna 3x80gs and also went from 25p (correct price) to £1.37 on one of the Mackerel Fillets tins as I found more stores with that and they overruled the one remaining 25p SEL store that I had. I remained at 25p because that store also had another version showing that price which was not in one of the £1.37 stores but was in the other at £1.37 but I went lowest price on a tied result. However I went N/A on two other versions as they were now no trace in any of the stores I checked.
It's likely that SELs, such as your YOO Party Hot Dogs, will stay around in stores that don't change the price (and don't take away the incorrect SEL because they remain in stock) and that no, or fewer, correct price SEL stores will exist - so that, if the price collectors hit just one of the £1 SEL stores, they get £1 price (with now N/A everywhere else) so APG goes to £1. This is probably more likely to happen on the APG with more stores being sampled, than it is on TBG which will probably hit no stores with any trace of the product - and will be N/A anyway since these are marked 25p RTC in the stores that ever put that on. It'll either be N/A I think or may be £1 if it happens to hit a £1 SEL store.
I reckon now, with the remaining £1 SEL stores and no 25ps - or very few anywhere (and they would need to have stock after 7 days) - a sample of the presumed size of the APG's is likely to hit one store with £1 and find nothing anywhere else. Last week, such a sample would have been likely to hit two £1 SEL stores and may or may not have found a 25p SEL store. I think more likely it would not have found a 25p SEL store. The TBG will probably hit only no trace stores now - it wouldn't (shouldn't) compare if it has RTC anyway - or it might now hit a £1 SEL store and compare against £1.
I've had one of my Hot Dogs go up to £1 M price on my pretend comparison for you. In my case, it's on the Premium ones. I have two stores at £1 SEL and nothing elsewhere. So I'm £1:(. I'm still at 25p on the Party Hot Dogs, thanks to finding a single 25p store (although one without stock) even though I found one £1 elsewhere. I took you the lowest price in my tie. I'm N/A on the American version as I can't find that in any store with a SEL. Fewer of the stores I have visited have that version at all. I do have physical stock of it in one M but it doesn't have a SEL on this version. However, it's lucky that that store doesn't have a £1 SEL on the Party Hot Dogs because, if it did, I'd now be £1 on those too.
There are too many £1 SELs for my liking on YOO Hot dogs in M. (Obviously I like that for my own ability to buy:rotfl: but I mean for the APG price.) Assuming Wrexham to be a collection store, that's a £1 on the Party Hot Dogs and then I reckon they'll find nothing elsewhere for the Party version - or maybe hit another £1. On versions that Wrexham doesn't have marked at £1, if it has any, then that's a nil return (assuming no SEL) and then they may either hit one £1 elsewhere out of six places and be £1 on the APG or may have nothing and will go N/A.
The APG will get a different random selection to me. I'd have been great on the Red Salmon - I'd be 50p currently. However, I was N/A earlier in the week. I went from £1 to N/A to 50p - and, only because I found a single unit of stock, I would continue that 50p for a little longer. The APG is already N/A - I went to 50p by using other stores - I think the APG will remain N/A now. I think TBG is even more likely to be N/A and shouldn't compare anyway but, if it hit my one positive store, from a sample of just 3 instead of my 24, then it would compare against 50p as the SEL does not indicate any RTC. I think that's a really slim chance.0 -

Still buying Superdrug own 9 pack for £2 when I don't have a stash. Passes the finger test
Wilko often have good deals. Think a cushelle 9 pack was £2 in there other week but offer may have finished.
Morning all
Happy Birthday Mr Enterprise
We are also at the crisis point for loo paper - down to the last 2. I had an email to say wilko was in stock but it came whilst we were away last weekend.
I wish this Superdrug loo paper was listed online as I can get free delivery as I've got a beauty card - also got a gift card to use up
And as well as loo paper last night we ran out of rice - just 2 of the Tilda egg fried left for Oh - I might just go back to normal basmati rice ...“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. 6. If for any reason we cannot update Asda, Morrisons or Sainsbury's prices, we will continue to make comparisons against the latest price data we have. If after a week we still cannot update the prices of a competitor, price comparisons against that competitor unfortunately will be unavailable until the price data is available again.
So TBG could compare against £1 price on the Red Salmon (which might be okay for some, although it should be N/A - people in G.B. who cannot physically buy in M as their M is totally OOS) if it had a £1 M earlier in the week that did not indicate reduced to clear and the product went no trace in that store (very likely) by mid-week.
However, if it also hits a 50p store now, and has nothing elsewhere, all the available prices (one £1 - one 50p and there's an N/A from a store that earlier didn't have any trace or went no trace and a week has gone by) are different and so it goes N/A:rotfl:.
Actually, it could have (maybe quite likely?) three stores that were £1 before (didn't mark it as RTC:)), won't have any trace on Thursday, but is still £1 for a week. Or - probably - two stores remained at £1 (not showing RTC) for TBG, it already had an N/A in the other (not all stores have stocked Princes Red Salmon) but has not found a price for the product in any store on Thursday (all its three stores are totally no trace) and is £1 for a week of inability to update to any newly-collected M price.0
