  • Juju my geography is terrible but double check that you go as far as knutsford services. That's quite near to us and we'll past Anglesey.

Di, I think my geography is worse, I have never heard of these places. I just put the postcode into the route planner....thought I was being clever lol
I will have to wait for DH to have a look at it tomorrow.

I have often ended up on this toll road... the signing/road markings are so poor...:eek::eek:

But I have to admit the road surface is lovely and quiet!

"Savvy's APG" game (rules have changed - see post 3308).

    Prices are A prices.

    Tins, Jars & Cooking

Princes Mackerel Fillets in Tomato Sauce (125g)£1.00
Princes Mackerel Fillets in a Spicy Tomato Sauce (125g)£1.00
Princes Mackerel Fillets in Sunflower Oil (125g)£1.00
Princes Mackerel Fillets in Curry Sauce (125g)£1.00
Princes Limited Edition Mackerel Fillets Hot & Sour (125g)£1.00
Princes Wild Pacific Red Salmon (213g)£3.50
Princes Wild Pacific Pink Salmon (213g)£2.70:rotfl: They are testing us, as price has just gone up online from £1.25 to £2.70:rotfl::rotfl:! Someone get a CC shop in now vs Morries! However, I'm going to use old A price of £1.25 each (you will be 'charged' that and it will appear with A at that) - and of course it depends on whether you think I have the right M price for the Pink Salmon now.
Princes Tuna Chunks in Sunflower Oil (3x80g)£2.29 and any 2 for £3.00
Princes Tuna Chunks in Spring Water (3x80g)£2.29 and any 2 for £3.00 I may randomly decide whether or not to glitch full A price on either or both of these:rotfl:. No clues at all - it does not relate to what is on a.com or msm so is no use in this game looking at either of those! I have predetermined what I will do - I will either glitch for everyone, some people but not others (depending on the time you posted your shopping list) or may glitch for nobody. And I could glitch on one version but not the other, mix and match may or may not work, or I may glitch on both - or neither. I may have 50p M prices or I may not:rotfl:.
Ye Olde Oak American Style Hot Dogs (6 per pack - 560g)£1.98
Ye Olde Oak Premium Hot Dogs (400g)£1.25
Ye Olde Oak Hot Dogs Mini (30 per pack - 560g)£1.00

    Snacks & Sweets

Asda Biscuits Selection (300g) I have made this item up for the purposes of the game. However, I will compare against M at whatever price I have got, if indeed I have got any price at all:rotfl:, from a fictitious A price of £2.25.
Cadbury Snack Shortcake (6 per pack - 120g)£1.00
Go Ahead! Crispy Slices - Orange & Sultana (5x43.6g)£1.65
ASDA Chosen by You Butter Biscuits - Milk Chocolate (125g)80p This did not compare on the APG as the M product is called "Milk Chocolate Continentals" so they may not have picked it up. However, I will compare on this item - if I have picked up a price for it from any of the six stores.
McVitie's Deli Choc Biscuits with Belgian Dark Chocolate (150g)£1.00
McVitie's Deli Choc Biscuits with Belgian White Chocolate (150g)£1.00

    Cadbury Fudge (15x13.5g)£2.78
    Cadbury Crunchie (12x17.5g)£2.78
I've added these two items in, in case anyone thinks I have gone back to Burton upon Trent M or thinks I have gone to another store since and found either of them there. I don't expect anyone to play either of them. If you live in Burton, maybe you can visit M and see whether they still have either of these - perhaps that will help you? Or maybe it won't:rotfl:. I am not revealing whether I know or not whether Burton still has them in the past few days. I could be comparing one, or both, against 43p in M - or maybe I have a different much higher price now or maybe you will lose on both if I now don't have either of them!

    Packets & Cereals

Belvita Breakfast Biscuits - Forest Fruit (6x50g)£2.00:rotfl::rotfl: A have increased the price of this! Could be good - if I have picked it up:D.
    Tracker Chocolate Chip Bars (6x26g)£1.00
Tracker White Chocolate Chip Bars (6x26g)£1.00
McVitie's Breakfast Fruit & Oat Bakes Porridge Oats & Blueberries (5x40g)£1.99
McVitie's Breakfast Fruit & Oat Bakes Porridge Oats & Apple (5x40g)£1.99

    Drinks
    Fentiman's Traditional Ginger Beer (750ml)£2.70
Bottlegreen Sparkling Pomegranate & Elderflower Presse (750ml)£1.50
These are not the '10p' items etc. in M - however, although I picked them up on Monday, they are now here ready to be played if you reckon I have picked them up on Wednesday too.

Finally, a wildcard random item (I will only let you buy one of these - you don't have to buy it at all and see if your gamble pays off):
Baylis & Harding Pink Magnolia & Pear Blossom 2 Piece Set£4.00

I am not giving M prices on here. We know what price I have believed these items to be before from having used other stores before - but will I pick them up at those prices from my different stores now? I may have the same prices, lower prices, higher prices or none:D.

Just to say, all items you 'buy' will be in stock. This is a virtual store that, under the game, has unlimited stock.

i would seriously consider the toll bit, avoiding the worst bits of the m6 is well worth it.we always use it when we travel down to the chunnel.:)
