Just caught up a little re the wedding - Rhos, I'm sure that rescuing it will turn out to be something really special with the help of the Elite angels. xx

When I hosted a 75th birthday (with about sixty guests) for someone a few years back, quite a few people offered to bring food items. So instead of asking for crisps and nuts etc, I asked if they could each make and bring along a loaf's worth of sandwiches and they were delighted to do so. One person did salmon, one did cheese, one did egg and so on. It was brilliant because on the day, as they arrived, all I had to was arrange them on party platters and garnish them. It took a lot of work away, leaving me free to do all the hot food items, salads and cakes.
