We make our own biltong, it turns out really well, we just have to wait till beef is a good price.
My sister and my SIL (who is English) both make biltong too. They use roasting joints when they are on offer. Being so close to London we have a large selection of SA shops to choose from, so often get wors and pap too when braai season startsMy DS loves the droe wors and biltong, as well as the cream soda and romany creams, but is not a fan of pap.
