Combi Boiler for static caravan....

Hi.
Have been offered a static caravan to rent that includes electric and council tax :-).
However it does not have a combi boiler so can't do central heating, only hot water for shower etc.
I am basically looking for quotes for a half decent combi boiler and the fitting of three rads.
Can anyone give me a very rough idea of what I might be looking at?.
Many Thanks....

Why would you want to spend money on a boiler in order to spend more money on gas.
If electricity is included in your rent simply purchase a few electric radiators0 -

No because that would literally be taking the 'P' :-)
At £300 a month I think it is a good deal. The owner is based in the far east so only gets back to the uk once every few years. The caravan is located on a business premises he has here. I have said that I don't mind fronting the cost of the system etc as long as he agrees to me paying a lesser rent until they money is paid back. He is fine with that and will state this in the agreement.
It's not planned to be done for a few months yet so at this point I am just trying to get a rough idea of what it may cost.0 -
A bigger issue may be the sheer weight of a combi boiler on the floor of a mobile home.
I know friends of mine were advised by the caravan manufacturer to have a washing machine in a purpose built utility shed outside rather than stressing the floor with the weight of machine, load and water.0 -
My son has a small combi in his holiday static, but the hot water flow is very slow.
Would permission to occupy be a possible problem, as the unit is on industrial premises ?0 -
Drop the idea, for many reasons.
If you think it's taking the pee, then offer £40/month for the electricity and get yourself some electric rads with timers.
If you said, say, that a boiler, fitted, cost you £3000k, and if you were there 3 years, that's £1000/year. Plus the standing charge for gas (if you can even get it to the van), plus the actual gas used, plus the servicing etc.
It's cheaper for you to just buy your own electric rads and offer the owner a few extra £££/month.
After all, additionally, you don't have any security of tenure.0 -

And you're legally allowed to live there?0
