HELP!!! Solicitor doesn't know how to claim my help to buy is a bonus

Just received a phone call to say that she hasn't a clue where she's to apply for our help to buy isa bonus
Asked the bank they were vague how long the process took as we are hoping to get our keys on the 29th :eek: but this might hold us up
My solicitor has asked if I could find out where she's to apply so any info would be much appreciated xx
