Plus net problems

HELP.........Is it possible to get a copy of the Plusnet offer on your site at beginning of March giving an 18 month offer ?
I signed up for the Plusnet package recommended by MSE and paid my line rental upfront on 5th March and was promised phone and broadband service to start on 17th March.
Nothing happened ! After contacting Plusnet several times my phone was connected 29 March
But I still have no broadband. Each time I contact them I keep getting apologies but no action.
I have been in touch AGAIN today and was told there is a fault on the line and they will contact BT Openreach to look into this. Why would it take this long to realise there is a fault and to act on it ?
I would not recommend Plusnet to anyone after my experience !!!!!!:(

took me 3 weeks to get BT broadband after phone line activated , took 3 or 4 orders to get it runningEx forum ambassador
