FREE calls to USA & Canada

Information for people who call the USA and or Canada and can access a broadband connection?
All you need to do is create a gmail account and download Google Hangouts which will enable UK and Ireland residents to use a broadband connection to call any (there might be exclusions?) landline or mobile numbers located in the USA or Canada for FREE.
I am recommending a broadband connection as using a 3g / 4g mobile data will be used up extremely quick making it NOT free!
At the moment Google only allows people in USA or Canada to create a hangouts phone number which is free!
NO other internet phone company including Skype provides FREE calls to actual phone numbers!
So get calling your friends and relatives in USA and Canada more often and keep in youch

A number of dial-through providers offer 03, 0845 and 0870 numbers for international calls. If the UK number is inclusive in your allowance there is nothing further to pay.0

I don't know of any dial-through providers that offer free calls to the USA or Canada once you've connected to the UK number. Have I missed something?

A few exist heres 2 https://www.callsdiscount.com and https://www.callstunt.com both via Greater Manchester 0161 codes.0
