Support desk guy said 10% get randomly selected for additional checks. Earliest to call back is June 13th plus 5 working days after that to give them time to correspond!!!

So annoying, the one year I was counting on the cash too.

What are these additional checks? And how come they take so long?

Any1 who request payment on 19th? Issued on 6th, submitted on 19th and requested same day. I'm not feel won, still bank pending....

Submitted sons return on 7th got rebate paid into bank on 11th ! Is this a record ?

I presume all the holds on these returns are for the amounts...I!!!8217;m looking at a 4K rebate I think anything under 3k is finalised automatically anything over a certain amount has to be manually checked...this is what I was told

No this can't be true because I put mine in for 4k and my friend done his for 7k and his didn't get checked and got it within 5 days but mine has been stopped

It's not the amount. I know people who claim £14k and £32k with no issues. Its either triggered by something like NIC4's or it's genuinely random.

Just is rubbish it takes them so long.
