has anyone had a message off them saying the payment will be made electronically to there account soon? my account is showing bank repayment but i usually get a message or email aswell ?

Dont think anyone has received the email from what ive read so far. Hopefully shouldnt be a problem.

Ive not had an email. . Plus i never got one last year but went into bank on the 20th.. but i suppose once its issued you get it

Mine went in the bank at 9pm, with Santander

Mines is saying “ not yet used” too. I phoned them today, it was to do with class 4 ni right enough, the adjustment made on the 12th by hmrc was interest owed, I was told I would receive a letter within the next 14 days with regards of the class 4 still owed from last year, then I have to phone them back and ok the payment to come off this years repayment and then they will release what’s left over, so will take about a month.... good news though inquiries closed.
