Late mortgage payment a

Mortgage due on the 1st of every month with Santander . Forgot to transfer money into the account the mortgage comes out of , remembered today called them up and Paid in full no late charges or interest added. The question is will this show as a 1 on my credit report next month or is there a grace period ?

What did Santander say when you asked them?

Said mortgage was not in arrears but may show as late payment " but I honestly don't know" did not push her on it0
