YOUR CHANCE TO DESIGN THE NEW 2016/17 AWAY KIT

Here’s your chance to design our 2016/17 Away Kit and win a trip to the Errea factory in Italy, where you’ll see your kit being produced ready for next season… to be worn by your club heroes and fans alike – time to get creative!

Entering the competition is easy! Simply choose and download a template of your preferred shirt style below and use that to help sketch out your design

Once complete, please then upload either a scan or photograph of your artwork to this site and fill in the required details… Click ‘Submit’ and there you have it – your design could be worn by the players on the pitch, inspiring them to be just as creative on-field!

Competition runs from 24th March – 12th April with the winner announced on 19th April.

The winner must be available to travel to Italy from 3rd – 4th May 2016..

Competition details form part of these terms and conditions.

2. The ‘promoter’ is Millwall Football club PLC whose registered office is at Millwall Football Club, The Den, Zampa Road, London SE16 3LN.

3. Competition runs from Thursday 24th March 2016 at 1pm (GMT), Tuesday 12th April 2016 at midnight (GMT). Any entries after this date shall not be counted.

4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

5. The competition prize consists of a trip to Errea Sport’s Head Quarters in Parma, Italy for two people. Flights, transfers and Hotel accommodation for one night are included (arranged by the promoter). Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The winner must be available to travel to Italy from 3rd – 4th May 2016.

6. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.

7. The winner is responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prizes, including any necessary travel documents, passports and visas. The costs of any additional parties (outside of the two people, paid for by the promoter) must be covered by the winner.

8. By entering designs into the competition, you are giving Millwall Football Club and Errea Sport ownership of all rights to that design, an exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use as the promoter sees fit. If successful, the design will be used as Millwall Football Club’s 2016/17 Away Kit, you will not have any rights to profit made on sales, and the club will own all copyright.

9. Millwall Football Club and Errea Sports reserve the right to amend designs in order to adhere to manufacturing guidelines.

10. Winners will be chosen by an independent adjudicator or panel of judges appointed by Millwall Football Club PLC.

11. The winner will be notified by email or telephone within 7 days of the closing date.

12. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name, age and design being used in any publicity / marketing material released by the promoter. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

13. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

14. By entering this competition, the winner is indicating his/her and accompanying guest into agreement to sign a confidentiality contract.

15. Proof of identity and age shall be required upon request by the promoter.

16. Employees of Millwall Football Club PLC and Errea Sport SPA or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

17. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.

18. The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry and / or disqualify any designs which are seen unfit for purpose and against the spirit of the competition / club.

19. The promoter reserves the right to cancel / amend the competition and / or these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

20. No responsibility can be accepted by the promoter for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error.
