Baxi 105 he combi problems

Having an issue with the above boiler. We inherited this boiler a few months back when moving into our new home and is about 6 years old. When we moved in the pressure on the boiler was very low and decided to fit a filling loop to be able to top it up. Topped it up to 1.5 and all seemed to be Ok but now seem to have to top it up weekly which knew there was a leak somewhere. Found the leek which seems to be dripping from the diverter valve(hot water and heating both hot). It seems to drip worse when hot water is running. Could anyone give me any advice if the diverter valve is at fault and how much do you think this would cost to repair?
