Does any know when DLA will be changing to PPI in wigan area

Can anyone tell me when the change will be made in Wigan area and does everyone get recalled to have a health assesment?

I think you mean PIP and not PPI. The following link suggests it could be anytime from now.

Most people have an assessment only a few are lucky enough not to have one. It will all depend on evidence you provide. My advice would be to start to gather all your evidence now so when that letter comes for you to start your application off you'll be ready. DLA will only continue if you PIP forms are returned within the time frame.

It changed for me last November and yes I do live in Wigan

The link in the post above goes back to last year, anyone in any area will now be moved from DLA to PIP in no particular order, as an example neighbours of ours are both on indefinite dla awards one is in the process of transferring the other hasn't yet received the "brown envelope"
