Won on Twitter but Can't DM Company!

Hey everyone. 
A little while ago I won something on Twitter. It's not a small prize as it's worth about £120. I asked the company to follow me so that I can DM them but they haven't.
I've tweeted them twice, posted on their Facebook wall, emailed them, but to no avail.
I don't know what else to do.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

I won on Twitter last year, I did get a DM from them, to which I responded immediately, then nothing for ages. Turned out the person dealing with it had gone sick! I emailed them again yesterday and copied in their PR department and lo and behold I got an email back asking for my contact details to send me my prize!2019 Wins
