Hi All,
I need to learn this application fairly quickly or at least the basics and be able to sit a simple test on it.
I used it years ago but nothing recent so it feels like starting again, are there any good online sources that I can use that are simple, informative and from which I could pick up this application fairly quickly from?
Thanks

Office is not an application ... it is a suite of applications.
I thought you'd know this, given the number of Excel (part of Office) queries you've asked in this board.

Alison.com offer courses, personally I taught myself Powerpoint using https://www.GCFlearnfree.org. There are a plethora of online resources.0

I'd say that Access is considerably more difficult to learn than other Office applications, it's not really something you can pick up a bit of knowledge on then learn as you go along, you really need to have a reasonable idea before you get started. Whether anyone offers a course that will achieve that I don't know, but it won't be a 5 minute task.0

Agreed, but the OP said they'd used Access before. I've used Access since fairly early days, and as far as I can remember, the basic concepts haven't changed much.I'd say that Access is considerably more difficult to learn than other Office applications, it's not really something you can pick up a bit of knowledge on then learn as you go along, you really need to have a reasonable idea before you get started.0 -

I missed that, so you may be right, but it depends how it was used then and how it is to be used now - if you want to build anything you really need an understanding of database concepts otherwise what you build will be a mess, and may well not work the way you want it to.0 -
A few years back I had to learn Access very quickly in order to train others. I used this, which I found very clearly explained:

I found this site very useful.
