Honda crv problem - clutch and flywheel

Options
I have a 2014 Honda CRV 1.6.diesel, after less than 8000 miles it needs a new flywheel and clutch. It has taken Honda some 7 weeks to supply the flywheel. No one seems able to explain to me why these faults have arisen,
I had another CRV for 10 years and never had to replace these parts (in fact I have never had to replace a clutch in any of my cars) so I would say that my driving style is not the cause of the failure. Honda will do the repairs under warranty.
Has anyone else had similar problems with this version of the CRV/Does anyone know if it is going to be a recurring problem?

Google DMF Flywheel problems, they usually self destruct the day after your warrant runs out LOL so great that you are covered! probably just under £1500 to repair??
