    All I was doing is trying to help somebody out. Nothing else. Then, others contributed some great stuff and proper facts. Things were a little bit more technical than your suggested quote.
  • As a matter of interest what was the offence and how long was the visa.
  • If anyone is going through or about to go through a US Visa Waver application you will find this thread really helpful, it helped me immensly - wait time is appx 6-8 months
