24. The price consists of a stay of five or six nights (depending on the minimum stay of the villa selected) for two people in one of these four villas in Mallorca to the value of £1500:

25. The stay should be enjoyed between April 1 2016 and October 31 2016, excluding bank holidays.
26. The specific conditions of the villa will apply. Once booked, it will not be possible to modify the dates.
27. The picture of the contest corresponds to one of the villas of the prize.
28. Only-apartments will provide the winner a list of the villas with the periods that are available for each villa so they can pick the one preferred choice. The winner selects the villa and Only-apartments will manage the reservation. The winner will be free of any extra charges for: cleaning, taxes, and children. In case a deposit is necessary, the winner will have to pay it.
29. The winners can forfeit the prize; however in no case may the prize be exchanged for a different one or given in cash.
