Experian Credit report

Hi,
I requested credit report online yesterday and paid £2. Last year when I requested I did get an immediate email confirming my request and that they have taken £2 from my card.
No email arrived so far. Has experian changed the process?

Hi
I ordered one myself the other day and received the email confirmation. I also received a second email two days later confirming the Pass Key letter has been sent. You could try checking your junk mail folder if you haven't already.
