Aperture Grant Thornton

I have 11 months left of my IVA I want to pay this off in the next 2 months. I have contacted Aperture via email about 4 emails I have sent and no reply.

I have to say since I have had this IVA their customer services are appauling, I bet you a million quid if I stopped one payment they would be in touch with me the next day.

Does any one know how I go about paying it off

Thanks

My completed IVA has been taken over by Aperture and I agree their customer service is shocking.
We paid our final payment after a two year extension to clear debt and have only just heard from Aperture who are now requesting all sorts !
Clear debt told us in January that they were chasing the completion certificate! So basically a load of lies :mad:
