It's fine, but more expensive than some others. Tastes good though0

I've recently converted to Herbalife. Lots of tasty flavours and the MSE in me has also found it a tremendous way to keep the costs of lunches down significantly.0

Not done the diet whey
But I've had this

Was quite nice and good value for Phd! - might be better to start of with if you never had whey before (that said I guess I'm erring that OP is female!)0 -
PHD is a premium brand, I haven't tried it but I am sure it is good quality, will mix well and taste good. That said I'd personally recommend The Protein Works which works out at about £16-20/kilo (depending whether you get a standard or premium whey) which is much better value for money but tastes and mixes just as well. If you're interested I can give you a code where you'll get 250g free included in your first order which you can use to try different flavours.
Try not to give to much weight to the diet spin, better to compare macro profiles of different standard products.Save £12k in 2017 / Dec 2017 Travel Cash = £12,400 / £14,000 88.5%[/COLOR]

If you've never used whey powder before get a sample to try before committing, I don't know why but after drinking a bit of whey powder (tried lots of them over the years as my husband used to have whey powder protein shakes to help up his post gym protein intake) I feel sick for hours. I don't have the same reaction to the plant based protein powders.
What's the aim of your diet?0 -
What is the point of "diet" whey?
Just marketing spiel imo.
Protein has about 4Kcals per gram, just paying for the name.0 -
Also bear in mind that isolated protein like that found in protein powders are very very bad for you. And unnecessary.0

You really shouldnt post something like that and not back it up with evidence.
In your own time......0 -
My partner is using the PhD Diet whey and says its fine. Little bits of freeze-dried strawberry in it. Was only worth getting when it was on offer in Costco.parking_question_chap wrote: »What is the point of "diet" whey?

Some brands contain added sugar/carbs. The diet one doesn't.0 -
