Barclay's credit report mess

Hi everyone, new to this but wanted to tell everyone who has anything at all to do with Barclay's bank .. account, finance etc. that they have messed up. I discovered a previously disputed and deleted default notice from 2014 back on my credit report on Friday...BY CHANCE. Now sorted but still shocked , unhappy and generally ticked off. Barclay's do NOT know how many accounts are involved so get checking. I tried very hard to get a straight answer to why it happened and am still unimpressed by the answer.:mad:
