Garage Doors

Hello,
Can anyone recommend a particular style/type of garage door and where is good to buy them? We are getting an extension done and my brother recommended a Horman but it's over £1300 and I'm not willing to pay that much.
The thing I do like about the Horman is that it gives a watertight seal but then I've never bought one before and it may be that all modern ones do that now?

I would've thought style is up to you, what goes with the house? Type - up & over, sectional, roller, side hung...
I have a Horman sectional which may have been water/air tight when it was installed (can't remember) but it certainly isn't now, 10 years later.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0 -
Phone around the garage door install companies as well as the manufacturers to see if they have any mis-measures, seconds or wrong or cancelled orders. When I did this I got an electric, insulated garage door for a fair bit less than half price and I just had the entrance built to suit!0
