If you do change your mind and ask nicely, I shall happily share.
It was a genuine question as to whether you'd found any (I was giving you the benefit of the doubt that you may have mistaken shower screens or trays on the initial search results, it would have been easily done). You assumed I was accusing you of lying.
With regards telling you what to post, I am sorry I haven't instantly accepted the opinion of a random stranger on the internet, but that's not what I'm on here for.0 -
You're doing it wrong. The search phrase given by the other poster returns 1400*800 baths you can purchase. None of them are cheap, mind.
Have you considered phoning up some bath manufacturers?
Yes, I've phoned a number of bath manufacturers (both UK and Germany).
The baths returned for that search are the Duravit models I'm referring to, and corner baths - I should have stated that I can find bigger corner baths, it's more the standard shape that I'm looking for in a wider dimension.
Budget isn't a huge issue, it's having a bespoke bath made I'm trying to avoid (which is what one of the bath manufacturers recommended....).0 -

You talked about resale value being important, and I'm afraid that a house with three shower rooms but no bath that you can actually enjoy a bath in is going to put a fair few people off!
If you still want to go ahead, I found a fair few just by googling "1400x800/900 bath"
I agree.
Im 6ft1 and HATE having a bath now (1500). Why anyone would want a 1400 bath installed is either down to; short term gain for them or lack of funds for a proper bathroom refit/proper sized bath. No consideration to resale value at all despite that being 'important'Even a stopped clock tells the right time twice a day, and for once I'm inclined to believe Withnail is right. We are indeed drifting into the arena of the unwell.0 -
When googling you should make use of its "-" operand to remove things you aren't interested in
so if I was to google for what you wanted I would probably do
1400mm x 800mm bath -screen -shower -tray
or
1400mm x 900mm bath -screen -shower -tray
This removes all hits that contain screen or shower or tray (as these would just muddy the search as you've found out).0 -
We have a 1400 x 700 bath as this is the only bath that would fit in our bathroom.
Kaldewei do a 1400x750 saniform plus .0
