It's actually a finishing machine of some sort, not a regular sewing machine. It has multiple reels and three needles at once. Perhaps more for sewing quilting wadding or something (I'm not a sewer, just a mender type so don't really know).
It's certainly NOT a sewing machine as you would imagine so you'd have to sell it and use the funds to buy a regular sewing machine!

It's an overlocker, you use it for raw edges in garments mainly 0
