Premier writers

I have finally had financial ombudsman decision in my favour against premier writers. The ombudsman have now sent me papers saying I will have to enforce this myself they will no longer help . I have no money to enforce this decision through courts ,and all though really need this cash to pay bills now threatening court action, I'm wondering if I should just forget about this as I've been trying for 8 years to get this cash back and constant barriers are demoralizing. Premier writers are now in liquidation and I don't want to borrow cash to pay for court enforcement if I have no chance of getting cash back anyway I

I'm assuming the Ombudsman cannot (rather than will not) help?

I'm not sure how you think court action (or the threat of it) can force a firm in liquidation to pay whatever it is they owe you?

    You're just another creditor..

The ombudsman can no longer help. The advice sheet supplied by him says court enforcement is the next step but I have researched and believe the fscs may help in certain cases . Claim pack on its way . Thankyou

The FSCS will consider the complaint if the insurance was bought after 14th Jan 2005.
