Prettygal.co.uk scam

I ordered a dress from Prettygal.co.uk on 2nd March. Wrong dress wrong size arrived 3 weeks later. No instructions enclosed on how to return item. Contacted mobile and email on website at least 10 times.......of course no reply. HELP PLEASE!!! I paid by credit card £23.95 thanks in advance :(

    the domain is registered to someones house looking it up on whois domaintools will give you and address to write to
