Hi
I would like to warn people. I used mybuilder for a building project. Choose a builder Abbey Builders, owned by I now know Jessica Carr. To cut a long story short, builders had great reviews but did very bad potentially dangerous work. I then couldn't contact them. The address mybuilder held was occupied by a lady over 60 who knew nothing about them. The phone number though different to the one I had was not recognised and although they said they had insurance details from the company they would not release these to me.
I have a court order against the company but with no contact details there is little I can do.
Please beware of mybuilder, at one point I was asked by Abbey Builders to put a good review on the website so I could get my money back. I refused to do this but think others must have.
Beware and if anyone has contact details I would love to have them.

Lancashire County Council have a Safe Traders list and they will help resolve any problems that may occur.
I assume that other areas have this service.0
