What does this Parking sign mean? Can I park outside of the times?

Looks like permit holder only and Monday to Friday then timeframe so should be ok outwith these time but it's a poor image so wouldn't want to definitely commit until seen in person I'm afraid.0

Does this mean I can park on Saturdays and Sundays?
It definitely says "Permit Holders Only" and timeframe says Mon-Friday 8:30am to 6:30pm.0 -
Yes you can park there on Saturday and Sunday, any time outside the ones stated basically.0
