What does this Parking sign mean? Can I park outside of the times?

Hi all,

What does the parking sign below mean?

I think it says Permit Holders Only at the top.

Can I park here on Saturdays and Sundays if I am not a Permit Holder?

    Looks like permit holder only and Monday to Friday then timeframe so should be ok outwith these time but it's a poor image so wouldn't want to definitely commit until seen in person I'm afraid.

    It definitely says "Permit Holders Only" and timeframe says Mon-Friday 8:30am to 6:30pm.

    Yes you can park there on Saturday and Sunday, any time outside the ones stated basically.

    Yup, permit holders only during those time. Free-for-all outside those times. Brush up on the Highway Code.
