I know many will be expecting a rant but just to give a little balance ..
I put the wrong delivery house number in a collection item, and was unable to cancel it online/rebook for some reason - the system wouldn't work for me.
Contacted Live Chat, waited a couple of seconds, explained my problem, and the person I "chatted" to immediately cancelled my mistake for me and arranged to process a refund. By the time I got back to My Parcels screen it had been done.:j
