UK Mail, don't deliver, don't respond

I have been waiting for over a week for my parcel, they say it is tracked and has been delivered, may be but not to my house. The phone number they give is not theirs and are ignoring a message I sent via their website.

Any one else having problems with UK mail Middleton near Manchester?

Follow it up with the seller - it is their contract not yours.

I have weekly deliveries from UKMail. Never a problem yet. I suggest you take it up with your supplier. The contract is theirs.

I will have another go at UK mail on Monday, the phone number they publish for their Middleton office (0121 415 7047) is not theirs. The seller is not interested.

I just wondered if it was just mine that it had happened to. If others said they had problems I would tell the if I can get through to them on Monday.

Other peoples' problems are not relevant.

You need to get back to the seller.

Where did you buy from, how did you pay? Do you want help here or is this a vent?

As above it's the seller's problem, so if it's an Ebay transaction open an item not received case and then he'll soon do something about it.

If you put in UK Mail it gives a Middleton number as 0161 655 1050.

Thats Googles suggested number,not UK Mails site.
