Garden Block wall in UK

Hi all - I need to build a block wall in my garden between two existing block-built sheds to make one long continuous wall. However I am from Australia and the method we use there is 'cinder blocks' with a rebar reinforcement through the hollow of the odd block. However that doesn't seem the be the norm here, as the closest to cinder blocks I can find is a 'hollow dense block' and they seem to be hard to find at that.

Can anyone point me in the right direction of a standard way to build with a more common UK block? I have read that it can be simply stacked as single skin without reinforcement, but that seems quite flimsy to me? Thanks!

Try a search using 'breeze blocks' it might give some different results.

I've never known any block walls that utilised rebar (in the UK) but that doesn't mean it's not done here, I'm not a real builder . .

Edit: What's the distance between the sheds? A single skin 4" (100mm) solid block is usually given extra support by building pillars about every 2 to 3m. Depends on height. These can be built into the wall or simply laid flat on top of each other and attached the wall using wire brick ties. They don't have to be the full hight of the wall, just enough to add support.
