Thanks for starting us off NewShadow :)

All from stores as much as possible.
Sunday- Meatballs in spicy tomato sauce with chunky chopped veg and served on "Cabbage spaghetti"
Monday-Smokey turkey mince chilli with wedges
Tuesday-LO smokey turkey mince with jacket potato
Wednesday-Bovril cheese chicken breast with stir fried veg
Thursday-BBQ chicken sausages, hash browns & a fried egg
    Friday-Tortilla pizza with garlic bread
    Saturday-Vegetable curry with turmeric rice

I'll need to buy fruit, mozzarella and mushrooms. Everything else I already have in so hopefully it will be a low spend week.

Lunches will be pork pie, I got 2 huge ones YS yesterday or egg mayo sandwiches.

Breakfasts will be porridge, cereal or HM yoghurt with dried fruit. I have enough bread in the freezer to last the week so I don't even need to bake anything today. A lazy Sunday for me :j
I might go for a nice long walk, take care everyone :A

Out of interest, what do you use for the smoky taste?

I add in some smoked paprika and some chorizo. I think it was wanttobese that added the original recipe on here a few years back.
I just use turkey mince instead of normal to lower the calories.

    6. faggots, oven chips & peas

    7. thai chicken curry with rice

Just milk, fruit and greek yogurt to buy apart from items above.

Iceland have garlic and herb phili at £1 for a 180g tub. Not sure if that's what you're after, but I bought a few.
