Best way to grease and dirt from tiled ceramic floor?

I usually use Cillit Bang Floor Grease which was incredible but nobody sells it anymore. I have tried using a mild soda crystals mixture but it is not shifting the grease. I also need advice on cleaning darkly stained grout around ceramic floor tiles. I have tried baking soda, white vinegar, oxyclean and it makes no difference whatsoever.
Thanks in advance.

I'd give HG mould spray a go. It removes mould, but I've also put it on tile grout before and it brought that up again too.
I've bought it from B&Q and a local hardware store. Around £5 for 500ml.0 -
