Can you not get to LHR by any other means so as to not need the car?
National Bus
Mega Bus
Train?0 -

I use Just park but not for 2-3 months!
Seems a bit daft to park a car there for that long.0 -
Wouldn't your battery die if it's not in use for that long?0

would a one way rental work out cheaper than long term parking?
rent a car drop off at airport then do same on return, three months parking is not going to be cheap0 -
Purple parking for £59 from 8th October to 8th Jan 2017. Need to enter a code that has something to do with the National Health Service but just 3 letters!
I have used various codes on their site before and never been asked to prove eligibility.0 -
I agree that there has to be a better way than parking long term.
Depending on where you live getting a taxi or train to the airport might well be cheaper than the parking.0 -
Thank you all for your helpful suggestions.
Unfortunately the city I shall be leaving from has no close long term parking, just the four hour stay, hence the the main reason to park at Heathrow.
Thanks again.

I think the suggestion was that you leave your car at home and travel to Heathrow by some other means. I am in agreement with the majority that your plan is, to be blunt, stupid.0

OP did you not understand post 5?
After 3 winter months the car battery will be dead and the car will not start. The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....0
