Silly Question About Wii U

Hi, I might not be posting this in the right place as it's not about money saving (and it's a daft question because I don't understand computer games!) so please let me know if I need to move it but.............my son has a Wii U which he plays Lego Dimensions on. When the home page comes on there's a banner at the top advertising another game (Zelda) and I wondered if there's a way to make that go away and stay away? I know it sounds silly as it doesn't affect him playing but he's autistic and things being in places he doesn't expect them really bothers him. I have fiddled about with the various options that came up when I went into settings but can't seem to make it vanish permanently. If anyone can advise I'd be very grateful, thank you
