Downstairs toilet

I haven't got quotes as not sure I'm actually going to do this yet, but wondered if anybody could share how much they've paid to re-do their small downstairs loo completely? Right back to brick and replastered and everything redone.

As your plumbing connections are there a toilet and basin are cheap.(or can be)
Could you skim the walls?
The tiling to the floor and splashbacks are easily done by yourself as is painting.
I reckon a budget of £300 to £600 should suffice dependent upon your tile/sanitary choice.0 -

All the plumbing is there, but old. I wouldn't necessarily tile the floor, maybe vinyl. I'm not really skilled enough to do a good job of it myself though so would be looking to pay someone else to do the work and its really the labour costs I'm looking to find out. I can get the suite/tiles/flooring fairly cheaply.0
