Tesco Mobile recommending Noddle

Hello,
I am trying to purchase a contract phone from Tesco Mobile. I have reached the point of submitting my card details before Tesco Mobile tell me they cannot verify me. I was given a telephone number to call and tried to place my order there but the same problem occurred.
The lady on the phone asked if I was on the electoral register, which I am. She then suggested that I go onto Noddle.co.uk to check my details are up-to-date.
I am concerned with having to access a credit check website because I'm scared it will mess with my credit file and cost me in the long run.
Does anybody have any advice or experience of this?

It will not have an effect on your credit .
It will allow you to see if anything is wrong .0 -
Thank you for this, can Tesco Mobile or any other company see when I have registered with Noddle?
Also, I have read elsewhere that Noddle have required bank card details, I don't know if this is still true today as the piece I had read was from 2011, I am apprehensive that they may have strange charges. I'm just being very cautious as I'm at a fragile transition in my lifestyle and finances at the moment.0 -
