New Build - Using Homemover Express?

Hi,
We're thinking of buying a new build from Bellway homes. They've offered us HomeMover Express, where they pay the estate agent fees if we sell through them for a particular plot.
I'm wondering if it's better to get our own estate agent? Will using the homemover incentive make us less likely to negotiate deals on the new house?
Does anyone have any experience of this please?

Are they good at acting as estate agents? Will they list your house on rightmove etc? Are their selling listing high quality with good photos? Is the selling market hot in your area, i.e. houses sell themselves even with naff agents?
If yes then sounds a decent deal to save yourself a few thousand.
Yes it may mean you cannot bargain further because there may be some 'not valid in conjunction with any other offer' clause.
Careful not to use their solicitor though, chose your own.0
