All entries must be received by midnight on Sunday, April 10, 2016. 6. The Promoter will contact the winner by 4pm on Monday, April 11, 2016. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner by this time or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. The prize as described is available on the date of publication. Should the prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value will be provided.
8. One winning entrant will win two tickets to the premiere of “Florence Foster Jenkins” on Tuesday, April 12, 2016. Doors open at 6.15pm and guests must be seated by 7.00pm.
9. The winner should collect the tickets in person at the ticket collection desk, inside the Hampshire Hotel on Leicester Square between 5.45pm and 6.50pm on Tuesday 12 March. Failure to collect at this time may mean admission cannot be granted. A ticket collection desk will be set up as you enter the Hotel via the main entrance on Irving Street.
10. The prize does not include travel to or from the event, accommodation, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs.
11. A smart dress code applies. Admittance to the event may be refused where this condition is not met.
12. The winner’s guest must meet the age criteria according to the film’s certification. Where the winner’s guest is under 18 years of age, they must have prior parental or guardian permission to attend.
13. The prize is subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
