NatWest-Coin deposit machine.

I don't have a Natwest bank account but have a Natwest credit card and regularly build up plenty of coins. Anybody have an idea if I can use their coin deposit machines to pay onto a Credit card? I could spend a little each month on my credit card and pay it off mostly with their 0% commission coin machines before any interest is added?? Don't like the Tesco machines and my local post office is fussy about changing them in any quantity worth taking.

Whenever I use it it just gives me a receipt I take it too the counter and they ask if I'd like it in cash or directly into the bank via bank card. So at worst couldn't you get it in cash, deposit into your own bank and pay the credit card online?
Does it say anything on their website?
Interested in a basic current account with them?
Seems a lot of hassle for a few quid a month though.0 -
Credit card isn't an issue really, just thought they would only allow you to use the free deposit facility if you have an account with them? Thought the credit card could be a work around if so. I end up with a good hundred or so each month in Silver and Bronze due to running syndicates etc at work and it's a nightmare to shift lol0
