Halifax customer care AMAZING

Online banking has been having issues with transfers, failed standing orders, PIN order. They hoped in branch as a new customer the naughty computer would resolve itself after 21 days, it didn't and I phoned to report the tech issue and without asking they logged it as a complaint I just got £80 compo into my reward account


Complaint closed and if the issue continues a second complaint is needed I will be compensated again.


So with gremlins in my account files, reward and incentive in 6 weeks £210 up in savings :j

But I won't; I think it's a brilliantly written, extremely helpful post, written by one of the most intelligent, warm, helpful members of the forum.
