Meerkat Movies qualifying purchase?

I purchased life insurance today and after I went through the process I was directed to the rewards page to claim the Meerkat Movies membership.
The first page asks me to click on the qualifying purchase but the only life insurance listed is "life over 50" however the t&cs state:
5a) Meerkat Movies is available to those who:
(i) Purchased: car insurance, motorcycle insurance, van insurance, contents and/or buildings insurance, pet insurance, life insurance, landlord insurance or travel insurance.
Can anyone enlighten me as to why the claim page and the terms & conditions vary and whether I will be able to claim the Meerkat Movies?
